That's why we vet every team member personally, send their name and photo in advance, and operate with full transparency. We've been welcomed into hundreds of homes across Georgia — and we treat every single one with the same care we'd want for our own.
Every cleaner on our team is personally vetted by our founder — including a background check before their first job. You will always receive the name and photo of your cleaner before they arrive, so you know exactly who to expect. We never send anyone to your home without your knowledge.
Yes, every contractor undergoes a background check before their first job and periodically thereafter. Any relevant criminal conviction must be self-reported immediately. Your safety and peace of mind are non-negotiable.
No problem — just let us know as soon as possible. We ask for at least 48 hours notice when you can. Recurring clients who need to pause or cancel their schedule can do so at any time with appropriate notice.

Many of our recurring clients leave a key or provide a lockbox code for entry. All access credentials are handled with the highest level of security — never copied, never shared, and returned immediately upon request. Your home's security is treated as seriously as our own.
Yes — we take simple before and after photos of the areas we clean. These photos help us track our work, support our cleaners, and document the results for quality and training. We never include personal items, faces, or anything identifying. The photos stay private and are used only for internal purposes unless you give us permission otherwise.
If you’re comfortable with it, yes. Some families love seeing their transformation videos featured in our content. When permission is given, we offer a small thank‑you discount on that visit. Recordings are always focused on the cleaning process — never on people, personal items, or anything sensitive. Your comfort comes first, always.
