Signed confidentiality agreement from our cleaners to protect your privacy.
-
Well maintained supplies to prevent cross‑contamination
-
Respectful handling of your belongings
-
Clear communication before, during, and after your service
-
Secure entry procedures

Your comfort matters. We clean with care, not shortcuts.
How We Protect Our Cleaners
A safe work environment helps our team deliver their best work. We support our cleaners by ensuring:

-
Safe, reasonable working conditions. We clean what’s safe, not what’s hazardous
-
They are respected by our clients and communicate safety concerns
-
Protective gear when appropriate
-
Respectful boundaries around pets, clutter, and personal items
-
The right to decline unsafe environments without penalty
-
Clear expectations about what is and isn’t included in a cleaning

When cleaners feel safe, the whole experience is better for everyone.
Safe Work Environment Requirements
For the safety and wellbeing of our cleaners, we require:

-
Running water for proper cleaning and sanitation
-
Electricity and lighting to ensure safe visibility
-
A comfortable indoor temperature (no extreme heat or cold)
-
A structurally safe environment free of hazards

If your home is experiencing an outage or unsafe conditions, we’ll gladly reschedule your visit at no charge.
